Inspection in response to a complaint regarding sedimentation and erosion activities. Outfalls were not discharging, and adequate freeboard was available in both basins. Please maintain all EPSC measures onsite. Several preventive measures were failing during my investigation. Furthermore, please adhere to the twice weekly inspection requirement until termination of coverage. A follow up inspection will be conducted in late January. If site conditions have not improved a Compliance Review Meeting will be held onsite. Let me know if you have questions or concerns.
