Cordell has a bid from a contractor to repair the HCR so that it can be set to discharge at either the 9/1 or 4/1 ratio. Because of the expense, he thinks the Town may want to continue putting off repairing it. He is mostly spraying and seldom discharges to the creek. He still has to manually operate the spray equipment.
