Cordell Walton said the Mayor was out of town and that he had not said anything to him about replying to the NOV. He also said the Mayor had spoken to the people involved in the wastewater problem created when the power to the main lift station went out but has not done anything about it. I suggested to Cordell that a high water alarm set up to call the police station would at least insure that when there was a problem at the main lift station he would be notified and could begin working on it immediately.
