Wille Caton said he had made a mistake in reading new permit. Influent phosphate and nitrogen was not performed. He had contacted compliance personnel in Nashville Central Office to report it.
Wood millings has been added to sludge to aid in drying covered beds. Apperas to be working well.
Plant operating well. No NPDES permit violations.
