Site has been inactive well over a month. Stabilization has been attempted but not achieved. Multiple areas of erosion and sediment in the streets. There are no EPSCs for the inlets. No documents found onsite. Inlets throughout the subdivision do not have any protection. Sediment entering inlets. Back of subdivision near private gravel drive has evidence of concrete washed out directly into the drainage ditch. Concrete washout entering large drainage leading to pond. Erosion issues throughout drainages within subdivision. Riprap within the drainages has been buried by sediment from erosion. Cracks around culvert within WWC at back of subdivision. Large amounts of sediment at discharge points leading to back pond. EPSCs do not follow engineer plans. Stabilization of lots has been attempted but not achieved, causing multiple areas of erosion and sediment to enter the streets and storm drain.
