All NPDES sampling conducted by ERM.
Sampling issues include sample not properly cooled during compositing period, sample container not cleaned after each sampling event, & sampler tubing not replaced at appropriate intervals.
Composite sampler used to collect grab samples for pH & temperature.
Same issue as above plus sample line should be purged before sample collection.
Low primary flow device at 003, possible submerged flow conditions.
Signage issues: 001 sign could not be seen, believed obscured by vegetation, 002 sign not observed, reported to be on bank near river, & 003 sign face down at sampling point.
New signs on hand.
