Due to years of difficulties with the headworks, lack of solids removal from the ponds, It was observed that the first of the three ponds was in poor condition. This due to lack of maintenance. A Notice of Violation will be requested due to maintenance neglect on the ponds with regard to monitoring sludge levels and scheduling removal. Photos recorded.
