Notes
Watertown is still experiencing chronic overflows and exceedances of permit limits. However, they are making progress towards IL&I reduction and plant upgrade after a Consent Order signed in 2015. They have met all compliance schedule deadlines to date. Plant is operated well despite design and loading challenges. Other issues noted in previous inspections have been addressed.
