Notes
The new system is configured so that when Cordell closes the line to Alston Creek lagoon effluent is diverted to a wet well where there are two pumps to send it to the spray field. Cordell must manually turn the system on. The spray field is divided into three zones which are dosed in turn for 70 minutes each.
I instructed Cordell to become better acquainted with how the system is designed to work.
The bridge to the wastewater plant is in poor repair.
