Met with Randy Moss,plant certified operator, and Willie Canton, collection system operator to discuss collection system problems in Dyer. City has denied access to portions of the collection system by the operator. After observation of the collection system in question, it was decided a letter be sent to the city explaining the duties of a certified operator and the results of not allowing the operator from doing his job.
