Follow-up to fire/spill investigation on 11-21-19 by Tina Robinson-DWR; No distressed aquatic life was observed in Sevier Branch, Holston River, or the unnamed stream leading to stormwater outfall SW3.Outfall 001 had a gray color and some white foam at the Holston River. Outfall 002/SW2 had clear groundwater discharging from it into Sevier Branch. Stormwater outfall SW3 had no discharge/flow. American Environmental had removed pooled water near the fire location (rear of plant) and downgradient to the unnamed stream. The pond (part of the wastewater treatment plant) had overflowed and entered the unnamed stream. Holliston will submit a written report about the pond overflow. (SKV-11-22-19)
