High nickel levels, can't meet 503 Class B requirements at times. Cease and desist order by city against Imperial Group for failure to meet pretreatment requirements. Land application of Class B biosolids at Dickey Lassiter site does not meet TN guidelines for biosolids application, or site approval conditions. Followup inspection 1/17/07.
