Notes
Plant is in good shape, but new low-flow toilets and faucets are starving the STP. Most months, this STP has no discharge, but operator pushes water through the system to get sampling data. This permit has very tight limits that are hard to meet - 23 effluent violations over the 12 months leading up to the inspection.
