Met on site with developer, Alex Botezat, to discuss historically approved plans to divert the stream into the detention pond. We agreed that this would not be done, with the inlet to the detention basin pipe sealed with a reconstructed bank, and the streamflow to continue through an existing black pipe that routes it under the entirety of site and into Grassy Creek to the east. The riprap apron blocking streamflow at this pipe's outlet will be removed, and the detention ponds banks will also be stabilized to prepare this site for permit termination.
