Site inspected due to Complaint #46122. At the time of the inspection EPSCs were all installed and working. There is a ground water pump that is pumping clean water to Stinking Creek. No sediment loss noted. Construction entrance/exit needs additional rock. Roads need to periodically swept during the day to keep it free of sediment. Up the road from Ridges at Royal Blue where top soil is being taken the bare areas need to be seeded and straw immediately and maintain a 30 foot buffer at the least 15 foot buffer from top of stream bank out. If additional work continues at the site a CGP will need to be obtained. Mr. Osborne was very helpful during the inspection process and I appreciate him working with me to resolve the issues on-site.
