Inspection to observe the annual calibration of PCA's Foxboro magnetic flow meter. While at the site, we also discussed the proposed diversion of wastewater around Pond #2 for removal of sludge from the pond. Wastewater leaving Pond #1B (the present aerated pond) will be diverted around Pond #2 and into Pond #3 South through a large underground pipe that is being installed along the south side of the treatment ponds.
