Lab and records appear in good order, no obvious problems with test methodology. Composite samplers appeared to be in time-based, rather than flow-proportional as required by their permit. Large piles of animal waste near derelict equipment, was cleaned up while on site and personnel indicated they would contact appropriate services to remove the offending animals and would seal off the equipment. Numerous extension cords and exposed power strips were observed; personnel indicated bids were out to contractors for electrical work to correct this.
