Notes
Observed active clean-up of an inadvertent return release of a bentonite slurry mixture to Otter Creek. The release was detected by a Piedmont contractor and was reported to the department on Saturday, May 11, 2013. At the time of my inspection over approximately one third of the material had been removed from Otter Creek using shovels and buckets.
