Notes
Visited site with Hugh Thomason, the certified operator. Package plant was emptied to allow for inspection of the facility under the water line. Structural integrity appeared good. Everything was clean and appeared in good order. Operator showed me the new lab building.
Operator had fallen into clarifier and was taken to the hospital for decontamination and treatment of minor injuries. The school system had bought grating to put on all of the package plants to keep this from happening again.
Told them that the school system needed to have the field equipment certified yearly by an outside company for QA/QC.
