JKD and I stopped in at Copper Basin Utility District when we were in the area on 4/25/16. The plant was running and all of the tests were in compliance. We provided technical assistance with their new RTCR plan that has just been completed. They will be making a few adjustments based on our comments and have a good understanding of the new requirements. We were onsite for approximately 45 minutes.
