Notes
Patches of rust on the outside of the wastewater treatment plant tanks. The clarifier needed to be washed down
60 max Cl2 excursions during Dec. 2013, Jan & Feb. 2014. The operator said there was something interfering with the Cl2 test and causing the false readings. Cl2 readings have since returned to normal.
The storage building was in poor condition and the grass in the wastewater treatment plant area was too high.
