Notes
Not following method for Settleable Solids, not allowing DO probe 15 minutes warmup and used outdoor temp for DO standard calculation. Solids/grease floating in tanks, is pumped as needed. Recommended an annual schedule. Flowmeter is now calibrated annually. Was not discharging at time of inspection. Effluent channel has some algae growth but otherwise free of any solids, debris, or odor.
