Met onsite with Phillip (plant manager) and Carolyn Huppmann (Env. Rep.). Paperwork is very well kept & organized. Site is well kept and Phillip is very knowledgeable of the site processes. Carolyn is very knowledgeable of the SWPPP and conducts proper samplings. Outfall sign needs to be replaced with a new sign that follows section 8.16 of permit, current sign is too small and does not have all required info.
