Notes
NPDES permit for facility has expired. Discussed permitting options since the new rule change. Facility indicated they wanted to keep NPDES permit. Facility was going to contact their consultant to do an updated CNMP and submit for renewal of their NPDES permit.
Facility was maintaining all records as required except for copies of 3rd party agreements. Facility had records of manure transfers and dates just did not have the 3rd party agreement form filled out. The wastewater lagoon had well over 4feet of freeboard at time of inspection.
