inspection by CAB / JJW revealed that land application was last conducted on 7-8-09. Over 5' freeboard in lagoon at time of inspection. Latest manure nutrient analysis conducted 3-12-09, last soil test conducted on 2-21-08. App. 7,000 hogs onsite at time of inspection.
Weekly stormwater inspections, daily water line inspections and lagoon freeboard inspections are being conducted. Additional detail is needed in land application record-keeping, including nutrients applied per acre. Calculations were discussed onsite.
