Follow-up Inspection pursuant to April 29, 2010 EPA Inspection to assess the corrective actions and measures. Toilet,sink and shower removed and outlet to lagoon disabled and filled with concrete. Scour at east corner of barn #1 filled with compacted bituminous materail and appears stable. Broken outlet pipe from northeast barn repaired and the slough-off of the inner bank of the lagoon was filled with compacted clayey soil and covered with chert stone. There had been about six inches of settling. Recommended Eddie request site visit from NRCS for assessment of lagoon repairs since NRCS designed the engineering plans for this lagoon and barns.
