Notes
Monthly DMRs for January through April 2006, show 20 permit limit violations for TSS, Oil & Grease, and BOD5. Asphalt paving and application of polymer on a gravel lot completed in July 2006. No exceedances since then to date. Inspection letter sent as formal NOV for limit violations.
Rubber production is to be discontinued and nylon manufacturing from scrap is to commence January 2007. Change in production is reflected in recent renewal application. Quality and quantity of wastewater is not expected to change significantly.
No overflows reported from retention ditch in at least last fifteen years. Three underflows occurred in January 2006. Erosion around end of flume wing walls at Outfall 001.
One missing TSS for April 2006. Two BOD5s out of holding time that month.
