Severe problems with I/I and overflows throughout collection system, also large number of overflows from other causes, some overflows entering waterbodies, overflows are being reported & records maintained, frequent overflow points are posted with signs, 85 (mostly small) pump stations all checked daily, overflow incident cleanup handled properly, flow entering the treatment plant is restricted by pump float adjustments to prevent plant upset, this also contributes to the number of overflows in collection system, moratorium is in effect through an order, on-going sewer rehabilitation program in place, dedicated personnel for the in house program, major collection system rehabilitation projects planned through both dedicated funds in house & proposed funding through State Revolving Loan program.
