Facility is well maintained and operated. Lagoon liners appeared to be in good shape, no tears or areas of fatigue were noted. Spray irrigation was not in operation, as site has received considerable amount of rain in past several weeks. Lagoons have approximately 60-70 day storage time when spray irrigation is not in operation.
