Notes
No discrepancies were observed in DMRs. A letter was written to the Nashville Zoo from the Division of Water Resources (DWR) on June 9, 2015 indicating that DMRs were not submitted for several months in 2013. During the inspection, Mr. McGinnity indicated that those DMRs were sent to the wrong address and have since been redirected to the correct address. All required records are kept for greater than the required 3 years. Operational SWPPP was available, complete, and up to date. Construction SWPPPs were available for 2 out of 3 ongoing projects. Permittee was reminded that construction SWPPPs must be available onsite for all projects. Construction projects were found to be in good order with well maintained BMPs/EPSCs. All 6 outfalls were inspected and found to be in good condition with legible signs posted. Monitoring points were also in good condition with legible signs. The receiving stream appeared normal and clear, with no solids, foam, or sheen. Onsite BMPs were all in good condition and well maintained. All monitoring has been performed as required. UPDATE: SWPPP for Andean Bear exhibit site was located onsite and emailed to TDEC 13-AUG-15.
