12/16, 18, & 22/08, flow meters not calibrated; composite and grab sampling deficiencies; not following all steps of analysis procedures for D.O, pH, TSS, e. coli; sludge overflow onto plant grounds, into chlorine contact chamber and effluent channel not called in to WPC; plant maintenance not adequate, some pumps and equipment out of service; chlorine contact chamber needs solids removal; operator plans to attend lab school; facility staff corrected some problems during inspection and agreed to correct others. Severe I/I in collection system causes hydraulic overloading at plant, no known overflow points in collection system.
