Overall, facility is well maintained and operated. The operators are conscientious and expressed willingness to adapt any changes or recommendations made during the inspection. Some issues that were noted on the first day of inspection, such as a build-up of algae in the effluent weir basin, were already corrected by the second day of the inspection. However, several deficiencies were noted with the self monitoring program in regards to analyses conducted on site. Concerns were noted with the sampling or analysis techniques of the following parameters: CBOD, TSS, E.coli, and ammonia. These concerns throw into question the validity of some self-monitoring data submitted by this facility.
