No issues found on site beside the need for some minor trash removal around SW1 outfall, and signs posted at outfall locations. Process OF1 was discharging during visit, with no issue noted there, nor in receiving Waters. Site map will be updated to show changes to layout since map was initially created, and the third outfall (SW2) could potentially be removed from consideration since that area of site is only used for storage of finished product.
