Facility was not maintaining all required records. Third-party manure transfer forms were not being filled out. Facility was not properly managing mortalities. Facility was not directing stormwater away from the compost shed, resulting in leachate being discharged from the compost shed during rain events. Facility was not properly managing production area. Manure residual was observed outside of the older hog barns near some holes that are in the concrete walls of the walkways between the hog barns. It appears that when pressure washing the barns manure residual is being washed out of these holes in the concrete walls. Manure residual was also observed in a drainageway on the southwest side of the site below the areas where manure residual was observed around the hog barns. A gray water discharge was also observed going to this same drainageway on the southwest side of the site.
