Three active homes being built, the remainder of the site is mostly vegetated. Sediment built up and overtopping silt fence at outfall "H". Outfall "L" completely lacks any sediment control measures and runoff appears to be allowed to freely and uninterruptedly leave the site causing significant sediment deposits down gradient of outfall "L". No SWPPP or inspections on site. Sediment leaving outfall "L" has been deposited in a spring and springfed pond that crosses the downstream property boundary.
