¿ Equipment Watch pad was clean. Not as much washing done at this station as in the past.
¿ Significant oil staining around the underground oil/water separator and oil storage tank. Black stain lead toward main drainage ditch from the south side of the site, but apparently had not reached it.
¿ Top of pond levees were deteriorating and several points of erosion were noted.
¿ The edge of the liner in the pond is exposed on top of the levees in several points. It was torn and/or frayed in several places and appeared to be in bad condition.
¿ The outsides of the levees were also eroded in numerous locations. It appeared that some of the eroded soil had even settled out in the bottom of the large rip-rapped drainage ditch adjacent to the pond.
¿ The drainage ditch mentioned above, starts at a. The ground around the outlet from the large culvert uphill from the pond was badly eroded and in serious need of repair/stabilization. Sediment from this erosion has been deposited in the rip-rap in the drainage ditch.
