WET test passed. Facility cannot maintain D.O. in summer, resulting in ammonia violations. City has been repeatedly instructed to make efforts to improve D.O. Has submitted CMOM with numerous recommendations including supplementing D.O., addressing jurisdiction issues with a Wilson Co. School pump station, developing recordkeeping system for sewer complaints, following up on smoke test repairs from 2016, and other issues. City has not carried out most recommended actions within the CMOM reports.
Need to get e coli Quantitray comparator and perform a comparison study for TSS drying methods. Influent sampler refrigeration is not functioning, operator is packing with ice until repaired. Reported 30 overflows and 34 ammonia-related violations during the period covered, and 1 e coli violation.
