Site visit conducted to follow up on water outage and boil water advisory. Met with Keith Blair and Andy Maiden at the WTP and discussed the events that led to the water outage and boil water advisory being issued. Also discussed plans on how the water system could be better prepared in the future. Also met with Joe Carroll, General Manager, and discussed the same issues.
