Notes
A new facility is under construction. Estimated completion date is Fall of 2006. Trickling filters had dry regions on them and trickling filter arms did not apply wastewater across the media at a controlled rate thus creating filter fly problems. The required holding times were not met in the analysis of Ammonia as Nitrogen for influent and effluent 24-hr composite samples. Failure to follow approved methods on several parameters; major and minor deficiencies were cited.
