Notes
Following several overflows during a trunk line rehab project, Division staff visited the site and met with the contractor, sub-contractor and engineering staff. Overflows were not being reported in a timely manner nor were written reports submitted within 5 days. Some overflows discharged into nearby Dog Creek and no sampling was completed. Following the on-site visit, Division staff also spoke with Caryville-Jacksboro about proper procedures for overflows in the future. Memo written about site visit.
