Multiple issues of non-compliance. No BMPs or EPSCs installed at lot level. Sediment basin is discharging mud directly into an Unnamed Tributary to Conner Creek. Large amounts of sediment has discharged into the back corner of the sediment basin. Erosion issues at corner of pond and along the south side of the pond. Swale leading to sediment basin has not been fully stabilize. A gully is forming discharging excessive amounts of sediment into the basin. Outfall to sediment basin is discharging muddy water. Muddy water is entering directly into the nearby stream. Muddy water from sediment basin outfall traveling downstream – Unnamed trib. to Conner Creek. Upstream of the outfall – previously removed culvert. Stream banks are incised with silt fence falling into stream. The banks of the stream need to be restored and properly stabilized. Inlet protection is being used throughout the development and appear to be well maintained. All lots under construction do not have lot level BMPs/EPSCs installed.
