Notes
Took a look at the package plant while the water was pumped down for inspection and repair. Site is hazardous because of no handrails and stairs that are crumbling. Site is very hazardous in the winter when there is ice on the facility. Plant itself appeared in good shape. it had been painted and no exposed rust was seen.
