Notes
Loss of certified operator has brought STE maintenence personell in to get plant back up to better treatment. Alarm system installed to bar screen area to prevent accidenal bypass. Wasting sludge to drying bed as fast as possible. Drying beds well be uning different type of sand to aid in faster dewatering. Effluent clear with no solids.
Tennesee certified operator should be operating plant by May 4, 2007.
