Notes
TDEC inspectors conducted an inspection with Walt Hillis and Korey Kibodeaux as part of the permit application review. Outfall 002 may move locations, however the permit boundary needs to include the Outfall 002 and the pipe. The storage piles near Outfall 001 need to be pulled back from the river with a berm on the outside to keep material from entering the stream.
The site was not discharging at the time of inspection.
The site was in compliance at the time of inspection.
