Notes
I visited the lagoon and spoke with the Town Superintendent Eddie Rayner and the certified operator Cordell Walton. Dirt work on the lagoon levee repair appeared complete. The drive on top of the levee was being graveled.
Cordell said the HCR system was being replaced. He said a new lagoon flow meter had been installed and that manholes to house the new system were being installed.
Construction of the new spray field pump station is to be authorized by Henning in July 2014 and completed by April 2015. Collection system rehab is to be authorized in August 2014 and implemented in the summer of 2015.
It is anticipated necessary lab equipment will be purchased in the fall of 2014.
