Notes
Andrew Bledsoe, Chief Operator, and I inspected the settling ponds. They have kept the fence and grounds in excellent condition. The ponds were not discharging. There was no sign of sediment build-up. Andrew reported that Steve Hensley had the ponds cleaned out approximately every nine months.
