Notes
The sediment basin for outfall 001 was more than 1/2 full and needs cleaned out. The outfall monitoring location was overgrown and needs mowed. There were several windows in the berms surrounding the facility that allowed stormwater to drain offsite without treatment or monitoring. The berm along the western side of the property was made of fine material and needs to be replaced or have the outslopes armored with large riprap. Lastly material was not properly stored under cover and off the ground or in closed containers (see inspection report for photos). Requested this issued be resolved by 1/23/2024.
