On April 20, 2023, a draft permit for Northgate Business Park II was issued to WWAWC for review. Adenus contacted the Division of Water Resources (Division) regarding incorrect acreage of suitable soils described within the draft permit. The corrected acreage was sent by the Division to Adenus for confirmation on June 16, 2023. On July 11, 2023, the incorrect final permit was issued to WWAWC. Adenus inquired about the incorrect permit on November 15, 2023. As of the date of this letter, a corrected final permit has yet to be issued by the Division due to an oversight.
Quarterly Monthly Operation Reports (MORs) submitted to the Division from October 2021 to September 2024 were reviewed. Effluent samples delivered to Microbac Laboratories in August 2021, February 2022, and June 2022 were delivered with receiving temperatures exceeding 6.0 degrees Celsius. Samples cannot exceed 6.0 degrees Celsius. 1 BOD Exceedance was reported during the 1st Quarter of 2022.
The drip field was overgrown with briars and trees preventing the Division from observing the drip field. The overgrown vegetation was reported during the inspections conducted by the Division on January 08, 2024, and February 1, 2024. On October 4, 2024, Adenus provided photo documentation that all vegetation within the drip field was removed. The drip area is enclosed with fencing and a locked entry gate.
