Mr. Beecham didn't have his most recent manure analysis and was not keeping records of manure transfer or third party transfer. Mr. Beecham had not yet sent in his Annual Report. TDWR provided him with the manure transfer form and third party transfer forms. TDWR also provided Mr. Beecham with a copy of an Annual Report format. Mr. Beecham indicated he would send in his 2014 annual report and also start maintaining manure transfer records and third party transfer records. Mr. Beecham also indicated he would start keeping copies of his manure analysis.
