Some SW flow enter outlet channel after treatment units.
Some concrete fines at outfal point.
Samples not put on ice when taken to engineers office, put in refrigerator there until they are delivered to the lab.
pH is run at plant but no calibration records.
Using pH 4 & 7 buffers.
No outfall sign.
Follow-up on 9/23/14.
Eff channel from treatment to a point near the outfall had been excavated & filled with rip-rap.
Discharge from the facility was observed.
SW drainage from shop area towards Downs Blvd needs to be included in permit coverage.
